An “attorney-in-fact” is a NON-LICENSED lawyer or attorney that acts as your “agent.” Essentially, it is simply a better version of being a “client” because the Power of Attorney that is written between you and your AGENT, lays out all the particular rules of the relationship and allows you to reserve all your rights.
If you hire a licensed lawyer or attorney, you are a “client.” A client, by definition from Corpus Juris Secundum, is defined as: “one who applies to a lawyer. Clients are also called ‘wards of the court.’” “Wards of court” are defined as “infants and persons of unsound mind.” A licensed lawyer “represents” you, which means they stand on your behalf because you are incapable of doing so. You are incapable of making decisions for yourself (which is why you also waive your rights and cannot claim your rights when you take on a licensed attorney as a “client.”) If you are a child or you are retarded, you hire a lawyer and become a client. If you are intelligent and an adult, you work with an attorney-in-fact or “agent.”

- LETTERS Using my Law Firm Letter head I will create and send letters on your behalf as your Attorney At - Law. This can include, but is not limited to, letters your employer RE taxation, letters to the IRS or letters the courts.

- REVOCATION OF YOUR ELECTION TO PAY INCOME TAXES I will create a Revocation of Election affidavit and fill out a form 56 that you can sent to the IRS to eliminate your election to be treated as a resident alien for the purposes of determining your tax liability as per 26 CFR 1.871-1!
- FEE SCHEDULE I will create a commercial fee schedule listing, in detail, the cost of contracting with you and your STRAWMAN. Essentially your "Terms of Service" to be published on the public record so it can be enforced in court, should you need it.
- Private Motor Carrier DOT number: I will get you a private motor carrier DOT number. You will need an EIN to something (preferably a private irrevocable trust) to get this done. Using this number while doing something such as driving for Uber or Lyft is risky and complex and not recommended.
- Private Trust (with EIN) I will create a private Trust document for you to be used with an IRS EIN that is marked as "0" File (tax status).
- Restructuring a business or corporation entirely to the private I can help you move your LLC or other corporate entity into the private.
