* Your Soul's (Higher Self's) goal is not necessarily an easy and comfortable life...if your soul wanted comfort you wouldn't have incarnated on Earth...so your Soul might WANT you to experience something that is "uncomfortable" - that doesn't mean you aren't protected!  You are a Devine spark of The All That Is (Source) that is choosing to experience what "Earth" has to offer in order to expand your Soul's Growth.  If you experience "uncomfortable" experiences, you are encouraged to explore WHY your Soul wanted you to explore that experience and soak up all that you were meant to learn.  That is what the "Question Quest" meditation is all about - asking your Soul "Why" (or any other question you have)
