1) Make Sure You Have a Physical Copy of Your Social Security Card and Certificate of Live Birth
If you don't have these documents, you'll need to order them ASAP!  
Order a replacement SS Card here: https://www.ssa.gov/number-card/replace-card 

To order your Certificate of Live Birth, you will need to go to the "Vital Records" website for the STATE that issued your Certificate and follow the instructions.
